Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping on every order within the United States. No minimums, no codes.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories, or to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
How long does shipping take?
Small items (drones, accessories): 3 to 7 business days. Large items (e-bikes, dirt bikes, scooters): 5 to 10 business days via freight carrier.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
How are large items delivered?
Large items ship via freight carrier. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. Someone 18 or older must sign for the delivery. Standard delivery is curbside only.ns.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Damage in transit is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Inspect your package at delivery, note any damage on the receipt, and file a claim directly with the carrier.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also offer buy now, pay later through Affirm, Afterpay, and PayPal at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only before a shipping label has been created. To request a cancellation, email actualsalesinventory@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.
