Return and Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases from Actual Sales Unlimited are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds after an order has been processed for shipment.

Please review all product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, colors, age recommendations, assembly requirements, and local laws before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled at no charge only before a shipping label has been created.

Once a shipping label has been created, the order cannot be canceled.

To request a cancellation, email actualsalesinventory@gmail.com immediately with your full name and order number. Submitting a request does not guarantee cancellation if the order has already entered the shipping process.

Any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged Shipments

Inspect your package and product carefully at delivery.

If visible damage is present, photograph the packaging and product and note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing. For severely damaged freight shipments, you may refuse delivery.

Shipping damage must be reported directly to the carrier using its claims process. Please also notify Actual Sales Unlimited so we can provide available order and shipping documentation.

Keep all original packaging, shipping labels, receipts, and damaged materials until the carrier completes its review.

Do not assemble, charge, ride, operate, or modify a visibly damaged product.

Manufacturer Warranty

Many products include a manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms, coverage, and exclusions vary by product and manufacturer.

If you experience a possible manufacturing defect, contact the manufacturer directly to begin a warranty claim. Actual Sales Unlimited is happy to help you locate the appropriate warranty information when available.

Damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, accidents, neglect, unauthorized modifications, incorrect charging, or normal wear may not be covered by the manufacturer warranty.
