Powerful 5600W Electric Motor

At the heart of the EM-5 Pro is a 60V 5600W geared electric motor capable of producing an impressive 177 lb-ft of torque. Instant electric power delivers smooth acceleration with minimal maintenance compared to traditional gas-powered dirt bikes.

Long-Lasting Battery Performance

The 60V 27Ah lithium battery provides up to 59 miles of manufacturer claimed range under test conditions. Actual range varies based on rider weight, speed, terrain, temperature, riding mode, and other operating conditions. The included 67.2V 5A charger recharges the battery in approximately seven to eight hours.

Built for Adult Riders

The VALTINSU EM5 PRO is intended for riders age 18 and older. It features a 31.5 inch seat height, a durable steel frame, and a maximum carrying capacity of 287 pounds.

Riders should wear appropriate protective equipment and follow all laws and regulations governing electric dirt bike use in their area.

Water-Resistant Design

The EM5 Pro features an IPX6 water-resistance rating, helping protect critical electrical components from rain, mud, and water spray encountered during normal off-road riding.

Note: The bike is water-resistant but should never be submerged or ridden through deep water.

LITHIUM-ION BATTERY SAFETY

This product contains a lithium-ion battery. Please read and follow these safety guidelines before charging, using, or storing.

DO

- Charge in a well-ventilated area, away from anything flammable

- Use only the manufacturer's original charger and power adapter

- Plug the charger directly into a wall outlet

- Place the device on a hard, non-flammable surface while charging

- Monitor the battery for odors, swelling, color changes, leaks, or unusual noises — if you notice any of these, stop use immediately, move the device away from flammable items if safe, and call 911

DO NOT

- Use a different charger or power adapter than what came with the device

- Charge near exits, doorways, windows, or in a bedroom

- Charge on furniture, carpet, or bedding

- Charge using an extension cord or power strip

- Charge or store the battery in direct sunlight or extreme temperatures

- Modify, disassemble, or attempt to repair the battery

Damaged or end-of-life lithium-ion batteries should never be thrown in regular trash or recycling. Take them to a certified battery recycling location (visit Call2Recycle.org to find one near you).

These guidelines are based on safety recommendations from the FDNY and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. In any battery-related emergency, call 911 first.

Shipping Policy

Customers are responsible for all applicable shipping and delivery charges.

Shipping costs depend on the product, package size, weight, delivery destination, carrier, and required delivery service. Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout when available.

Some large or oversized products require a custom freight quote. If the final shipping charge cannot be calculated during checkout, Actual Sales Unlimited will contact you with the shipping cost before processing your order. The order will not be processed until the shipping charge has been approved and paid.

Where We Ship

We ship to all fifty states and Washington, D.C.

We do not currently ship to United States territories, military addresses, or international addresses.

Large freight items cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes.

Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii may take longer to arrive and may have higher shipping charges. If an additional charge is required after checkout, we will contact you for approval before processing the order.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time on business days are generally processed within one to two business days.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Custom, special order, or backordered products may require three to five business days or the processing time stated on the product page.

Processing time is separate from transit time.

Estimated Transit Time

Small items, including drones, accessories, and helmets, generally arrive within three to seven business days after shipment.

Large items, including electric bikes, electric dirt bikes, electric scooters, electric trikes, and mobility products, generally arrive within five to ten business days after shipment. Large items are usually delivered by a freight carrier.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, address issues, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be emailed after your order ships.

Please allow time for the carrier to activate the tracking number. If your order has been marked as shipped and you have not received tracking information within three business days, contact us for assistance.

Freight Delivery

Large products are delivered by a freight carrier. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Someone eighteen years of age or older must be present to inspect and sign for the shipment.

Standard freight delivery is curbside only. Drivers do not bring products inside a home, garage, apartment, or business.

Inspect the packaging carefully before signing the delivery receipt. Note all visible damage on the delivery receipt. If the shipment appears severely damaged, you may refuse delivery.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging, shipping label, product, and damaged areas immediately.

Keep all original packaging and shipping materials. Do not assemble, charge, ride, operate, or modify a visibly damaged product.

Report the damage through the shipping carrier’s claims process and contact Actual Sales Unlimited within forty eight hours of delivery.

Failure to document visible freight damage on the delivery receipt may limit the remedies available through the carrier.

Lost or Missing Shipments

If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you cannot locate it, check all entrances, surrounding areas, household members, neighbors, and any location where the carrier may have placed the package.

Contact the carrier to request delivery confirmation or begin a missing package claim. If the shipment remains missing, contact Actual Sales Unlimited within three business days so we can provide available order and shipping information.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order is submitted and cannot be made after the order ships.

Additional shipping or delivery charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled at no charge only before a shipping label has been created.

Once a shipping label has been created, the order cannot be canceled. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for complete information.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled at no charge ONLY BEFORE a shipping label has been created. Once a label is created, the order cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at actualsalesinventory@gmail.com with your order number.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, the damage occurred in transit and is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Inspect your package at delivery, note any damage on the delivery receipt, and file a claim directly with the carrier (UPS, FedEx, freight company, etc.) using their claims process.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

Many products include a manufacturer's warranty. If you experience a defect covered under warranty, contact the manufacturer directly. We are happy to help you locate warranty info if needed.
